Founders Day Special:
UNION COUNTRY CLUB July 15, 2023. $15 per player, unlimited rounds
Background: Union Country Club is a private nine hole par 3 course created by Bob and Eleanor Heald in the 1950’s. Upon their passing, the course was left to the Club. Members have owned and maintained the course since 1994. The course runs 1359 yards (for nine holes). There are seven par 3′s and two par 4′s.
Location: Union Country Club is located at 112 Barrett Hill Road, Union, just north of the junction with Route 17 (just before Savage Oaks Winery).
When to Play: UCC is open from 7:00 a.m. to dusk. Tee times are not required; there is no telephone or attendant. A 9-hole round Usually takes around an hour (depends on skill level).
How to get started: Deposit $15/person fee (cash or check) in slot of box located to the right of the clubhouse door. All green fees will be donated to the Vose Library. Also, please sign the sign-in sheet indicating that you are a Founders Day participant.
Parking: Parking is only allowed on the South side of the parking area (the side that the clubhouse is on). The North side needs to be clear at all times for access by the Water Company.
Carts: UCC is a walking course. There are carts at the course, but these are reserved for members who have difficulty walking. A cart card is required to use a cart.
